This high quality papier-mache lacquer box was hand-made in Russia in the famous village Palekh. This box is painted and signed by a professional artist. Egg Tempera, golden paint. Exclusive quality lacquer finish and polish. The outside of the box is painted traditional black, and the inside is red. The size of the box is 5 1/2 x 4 x 1 1/4 inches. This wonderful artwork looks much better in person, it's golden details and shiny lacquer are unbelievably catching and reflecting the light.
