Outstanding copy of Amazing Spider-Man #45, February 1967. For me this one is a tough call between VF+ and Very Fine to Near Mint. Please be the judge yourself. The cover is glossy and flat with great color, no tears, no creases, very sharp edges all around, no major spine stress, but t is one noticable small spine stress mark on the Spiderman logo at the top left and then 4-5 other light stress marks along the spine that are noticable at an angle. The top left corner (along the spine) shows some very slight rounding, which is really the only noticable imperfection upon first review. Looking much closer, t is also a tiny loss of color for a couple millimeters along the bottom edge right next to the spine. Those appear to be all of the imperfections, which as a whole do not add up to much. The inner pages show normal aging with an off-white to light tan color. Current price guide value for a graded VF/NM copy of Amazing Spider-Man #45 is just over $250. I am selling the top items from my personal collection. Please check my other listings.
