This auction is for the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #4 J. SCOTT CAMPBELL BLACK CAT EXCLUSIVE VARIANT COVER in NM condition (Unopened - bagged/boarded). Beautiful VARIANT COVER by J. SCOTT CAMPBELL which spotlights the BLACK CAT – HOMAGE TO THE JAMES BOND GOLDFINGER CLASSIC POSTER. This Variant Cover had a VERY LIMITED RELEASE and had a 5,000 Copy Print Run! NOTE that there is some minor color streaking at the binding on the front & back cover at the staples that is consistent to ALL the copies. This was a print run error and will have no negative affects to the condition. CGC is aware of this printing flaw and they are not considering it as a flaw to the book therefore it can still be a 9.8 with the color streaks. This issue also Spotlights the FIRST OFFICIAL APPEARANCE of SILK! A new SPIDER-MAN VILLAIN that will be a key character to the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Future Storylines!
