AMAZING VINTAGE 1960s MID CENTURY FANTASIA FIBER OPTIC MOTION LIGHT LAMPDescription Amazing Mid Century fiber optic motion light. This is the famous Fantasia light pretty much the gold standard in vintage Mid Century fiber optic lights. The light is very well made with a heavy chromed metal base with a space age design. This is a motion light so the fiber optic plume turns and changes color in a mesmerizing way. Housed inside the chrome housing is an actual color wheel that keeps the plume constantly changing colors. The light stands 24 inches tall and the plume is 22 inches wide. The light came from a well to do mid century estate. I do not believe it was ever used. It was in the original box and the cord was still factory coiled. The only flaw I see on the light is on the inside of the chrome ball there is some oxidation on the metal. You have to take the ball apart to see this. The outside chrome finish on the light is in excellent condition. The light works great and I see no other imperfections. The old box does show storage wear.
