this is an amazing Supro guitar amplifier. the condition is really excellent. the vibrant blue finish is in remarkable shape for its age. it's the most rare color of the supros, much less common than the linen grey color. this amp has it's original logo intact, all the original knobs, the original handle and speaker. in fact, i was unable to locate anything that has been changed on this amplifier. it has a full sound with a thick mid-range. if you crank it wide open, you'll hear the sound that Jimmy Page was so fond of on those Led Zepplin recordings with just a touch of ZZ Top. i've used this amplifier on some recordings and it records easily with no need for eq. i ran a 1963 stratocaster and a 1971 les paul though it and thought the sounds were very complimentary in a screaming rock kind of way. if you dial the volume back, it cleans up very nicely and can be quite subtle as well. i'm pricing this to sell, as i leave for a trip in a week or so and don't want to leave it behind. it's in excellent working condition, but as always, due to age, sold as is.
