The tape player appears to be in good working condition, and is being sold in as is condition. I plugged it in and the reels do take off... However, I don't think I have it threaded properly. The power cord tucks into a compartment in the bottom. The player can be run with the power cord or it can be run on batteries. It requires 4 "D" size batteries; which are not included. T is some scuffing to the exterior laminate finish. Otherwise a rather clean and nice looking vintage reel-to-reel tape player.
