This is an American Flyer 23568 Whistling Billboard . It comes with the CORRECT Control Button. Features a rare version billboard- has a 4-8-4 steam engine and freight train.HAS been tested and works fine. Good condition- a bit dusty, but NO damage or issues. Whistle unit is super clean.NICE unit.
