I wouldn't say this piece is MINT but it is close. Just a few paint rubs from handling I assume, Like on the steps. It appears to me that this car was never run. Check out the close up of the wheels and the foam track pads.... It appears they have not seen the track. Wheels, trucks and knuckle couplers in good working order.
