You are bidding for a american flyer 1954 470/471/473 silver-painted Santa-Fe PA/PB/PA diesel set. All are in excellent condition and all original, no broken, missing parts or rust, also no paint touch-up on these engines, only the fainted sign of any paint wear, the 473 has afew small scratches on top round edge, one side only, see last picture . The 470 engine has two power trucks with double worm-drive motors and each truck has one Pull-Mor power rubber wheel, engine runs great in forward and reverse, both 470 & 473 have excellent Chief decals on nose, Indian head decals on sides show alittle flaking see pictures. The 470/471/473 have two rivet sheet metal steps. The 471 has a air chime whistle which works. All headlights and knuckle couplers work. These have been in my personal collection around 30 years and were displayed and only occasionally run. US shipping only. These are a great set of engines for a american flyer collector. Note: I have removed the 470 body and lubricated the axle bearing and also lubricated all four worm gears after I removed the old grease from gears. Then I ran engine on a circle of track and engine runs very good in forward and reverse. I also lubricated the wheel axles on the 471 and 473. So all three are ready to run.
