American Flyer 470/471 PA/PB Santa Fe Diesels. Santa Fe Chief war bonnet design. The 470 has decal intact, horn is present. There are corner rubs present as shown in photos. 2 rivets on steps. This is a later model with the "Built by Gilbert"displayed on each side. The 471 also has some corner rubs & the war bonnet decals are not as well preserved as the 470. The 471 also carries the "Made by Gilbert" on each side. The 471 has the diesel roar feature as well as the air chime whistle. Whistle control not included. The 471 has single rivets attaching the steps. Engine runs well with light, & all knuckle couplers work.
