American Flyer #654 Black Pullman Observatioon Car The body is in descent shape with some wear on the paint as the pictures clearly show. Lights are not working in this unit. Window inserts have a discolored look to them which can be seen in the pictures. Chassis, trucks, and couplers still in good shape. Great for a restoration project. Item is being sold as is.
