I purchased these from a train store that went out of business about fifteen years ago and was told that they are factory sealed originals with 14 stamped on the unopened envelope.... I can't veryify the number enclosed but there is a small tear on the back side of the envelope (see 2nd photo) and from what I can see they look like they are...
