This is an American Flyer #963 observation car. Smooth end of the observation car has been repainted (poorly but fixible ), the lettering and stripe is origional. The light works and the knuckle couplers are original.Th e antenna is st aight and shiny. There is nothing broken, no cracks and drum head is origional. FREE!
