American Flyer A.C. Gilbert S Gauge Frisco Lines Gondola Car, No 941 in 24122 Box You're bidding on an American Flyer A.C. Gilbert No. 941 Frisco Lines Gondola car in red/white/black AF box. Manufactured 1956. This car shows very little sign of wear or age, is very clean. I'd classify the box as very good. Only a little scuffing, flap tabs crinkled w/ partial tears. Car ID is pencilled on end above stamped ID of 24122 gondola. Please look closely and ask any questions before bidding. If you can't see a detail clearly from the posted images I can provide higher res. images by email upon reasonable request. This is part of what was my dad's collection of "S" scale trains. He collected it through the 1970's and admired others' setups but never managed to put together one of his own. To my knowledge it's all been in storage since the late 1970's. He collected trains (engines and rolling stock) and accessories. I'll be selling all of it in no particular order over the next several weeks(that's what I said when I got started in July, but I think I can stay with it now!). It's just a matter of what order the stuff is unpacked. I'll be the first to admit I am not an expert on model trains.
