Flat Car, PRESSED WOOD, 1952 onlyRare pressed wood version , made in 1952 only. Small letter variation. Difficult to find in any condition. All original and in Very Good Plus condition, a C-6+. This is one of the cleanest examples that I have seen over the years. Most of the pressed wood cars, experienced considerable paint loss. Not this one, as you can see in the scans. I have another one of these up for auction right now and you can compare the two. The other one represents the condition you would normally see with a pressed wood car. This car is highly collectible due to its rarity and condition. Two piece brake wheel and log tie downs present and complete. Knuckle couplers front and rear unbroken and operational.
