American Flyer Green Stripe Observation Car #963 The car is complete, all original, and there is nothing broken. The chassis has minor rust. The name plates are corroded, dented, and scratched (see pictures). The overall paint condition is a C5. This item is being sold "as is" and there are no return privileges. Once payment has been received the item or items will normally be shipped within 24 hours, except for weekends and holidays. Shipping charges will be combined on multiple purchases.
