American Flyer billboard air whistle unit Pre-War USED, untested. I dont see why it wouldnt work, but I am unsure if its been used at all in the past 50 or so years, so a total teardown and clean would be needed at least. The outer billboard shell is rather nice with a depiction of a NYC Hudson locomotive on each side. Slight scuffs and general dirt and discoloration from age. Rubber insulation pads which secure the inner mechanism to the shell have deteriorated. Period appropriate Push button switch included.Contiguous 48 States ONLY
