This auction is for the American Flyer 5205 W Silver Streak S Scale train set in the original boxes as well as the operating instructions, track, transformer and accessories for this set. This set belonged to an elderly gentleman and it was set up for a few weeks once a year around the Christmas tree up until a few years ago. This set has been obviously very well cared for. It includes the Silver Streak locomotive, #660 baggage car, #661 pullman car and #662 pullman car. There is one large American Flyer box and three smaller boxes for the train cars. There is not a separate box for the locomotive. The train pieces all appear to be in very nice condition with some minor paint wear on the locomotive. The operating instructions are included as well as the following accessories: air chime whistle, remote uncoupler, track locks in small bag, track pins in small bag and wood screws in small bag, 12 pieces of curved track and 2 pieces of straight track and a #2 American Flyer transformer. The transformer needs to be rewired with a new plug. I have not tested this train out, however, it appears to be in very nice condition for being 60 years old!
