American Girl Samantha New Head + 6 Outfits! EUC Samantha just returned from the American Girl Doll Hospital where she received a new head. She is in excellent used condition. She has a few shine marks on her limbs and a pin point dot on one knee that looks like a beauty mark. Please see all pictures. She comes with her original meet outfit which includes her dress, panties, black tights, velvet hat, locket pin, black tights, shoes, meet book and pamphlet. All items are in excellent used condition. Tights have a few minor snags but no holes. She also comes with her gray school dress which is American Girl. She also comes with beautiful handmade clothing made from American Girl Samantha patterns. The clothes fit her beautifully and have snaps instead of Velcro which is very nice. Fabrics are heavy and edged with piping and lace and are excellent quality. Coat/cap is lined. She also comes with two additional hair ribbons, gaiters, muff, hat, and American Girl slipper socks. She also comes with a pair of white American Girl tights which have a few minor snags but no holes. She will arrive in the hospital box with all the clothing you see pictured.
