Up for auction: 1995 American Girl of Today Doll from Pleasant Co. very good condition Included in auction is a beautiful 1995 American Girl of Today doll in very good condition. This is an 18" doll wearing what I believe to be her Meet outfit. I do NOT know if this doll has been played with, since I am not the original owner. This doll does NOT come in any type of AG box. In fact it has been stored in a plastic bag for quite a few years. I also note a very slight musty or plastic bag type of smell on it. The neck has a "pleasant company" stamp on it, and the dress has a tag that says "made in China for Pleasant company." and "1995 Pleasant Company." Included with the doll are: magenta leggings, magenta t-shirt, white button shirt, reversible denim vest, black flats, sunflower hat, AG pendant, wallet purse with 6 dollars and a library card. Dolls hair appears to be a light brown to reddish shade. Her eyes open and close easily and she is able to stand on her own. ***PLEASE NOTE*** I am not the original owner of this doll, nor am I a doll or toy collector. I am selling this item and similar items for a friend whose wife was a collector, but sadly she passed away in 2008. Comes from a smoke free home.
