Vintage Set of 4 Paden City Pottery "American Rose" Soup or Salad Bowls. Beautiful & elegant 22 KT Gold Filigree Rim, with a Pink Rose Center. All bowls are in Mint Condition; never used; no chips, no cracks, no stains, no scratches. Bowls measure 8" diameter & are 1-3/8" deep. Paden City Pottery was founded in 1907 by George Lasell in Paden City, West Virginia. Paden City is credited with originating the underglaze decal and the Caliente colored glaze. Paden City Pottery closed in the 1950´s.
