American Tomahawk Vietnam Tactical This auction is for a BRAND NEW authentic Peter LaGana authorized Vietnam Tactical Tomahawk from the American Tomahawk Company. Beware of the many lookalikes. This hi-tech hawk is a hard core, no nonsense battlefield tool. Currently in use by elite American Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The hawk head is drop forged from a solid piece of 1060 steel, not cast like cheaper look-alike hawks. Precision Nylon handle is hydraulically pressed into the head, making it nearly indestructible. Includes a lined black "jumpable" nylon belt sheath that is custom made for this hawk. Can be carried via LBE/LBV, MOLLE, on a belt, or with a sling. Fits all belts, including GI pistol belts. The cutting edge is 2 3/4", head length over 8", and 14" overall. Weight: hawk and sheath combined - 1.68 lbs.. Made entirely in the USA! A top quality Hawk.
