Americana Folk Art Black Doll "Josie" Arnett's Country Store Americana Folk Art/Black Doll/ Arnett's Country StoreThis fabulous doll is a Limited Edition Doll 852/4000 and her name is Josie. Josie is a handcrafted doll by Arnett's Country Store. Maynard Arnett was a coal miner in Southern Illinois; he and his son hand carved doll faces from old blocks of wood and then the dolls were reproduced in resin. Josie is 17 inches tall; her detailing is wonderful from her primitive looking clothing to her adorable pigtails. She has a soft body with resin feet and hands. She is in near mint condition, clean and waiting to give your collection a touch of primitive Black Americana.
