Amulet Stone - Large Amulet stones (also known as Thunder Eggs) are formed as molten lava cooled, trapping gas bubbles within, as the shell cracked and the gases escaped, siliceous liquids filled the cavities and crystalised, forming these enigmatic Amulet stones. Found in only a few places around the world, this large example is from Germany. It measures approx. 4.8 cms x 4.2 cms x 2.2 cms at the widest points. Amulet stones are said to bring peace, harmony and joy, and are an excellent stone for meditation. Check out my other items ! Be sure to add me to your favourites list !
