For sale is a ball jointed doll from Angelregion - the model is Fair Ren (girl) . She is a MSD size doll - this auction also includes everything she came with when she was originally bought (the original box/pillow, box and clothes, see below for more info!) She is in a great condition, as I didn't have her on display, I only used the doll to take photos - so she's been mainly in storage. The doll was bought in 2006 and did not come with a certificate but was purchased from an American doll shop and so I imported her new to the UK. She comes with her original cardboard box that is worn and damaged due to moving house and the fact the doll has been kept in there for 90% of the time - but it's kept the doll and the items safe! This doll is still available on sale by a different brand called SOOM as Angelregion apparently no longer trades. She comes with the small teddy , white hat , white dress , white cotton socks , white shoes , grey eyes (she currently has blue - the grey eyes have been used), white silk pillow and silver/blonde wig . The doll does have wear in the head area where I originally tried to change the eyes and the head 'sprung' back into the head and left some dents (see photos provided). There is also some wear and marks from taking photos in the garden but the doll can be cleaned up and is otherwise in a great condition as she hasn't been on display, so there's no sun damage. She should be easy to clean - but I do not feel confident to do this as I am not a big BJD collector and am worried about ruining the doll because I originally tried to add my own artist feature to the doll and made a mistake which put me off to attempt the same thing, so this lead me to send the entire doll off to a BJD expert in the UK to do an all over faceup of the face, put in new blue eyes, paint a wing logo to the shoulder (which still remains on the doll - see photos) and to restring the doll. The doll has never stood perfectly due to the particular brand of doll I bought at the time, but as I stated above, she was restrung, which has improved her posture, but I would not let her stand alone for too long, as she will fall! She's a gorgeous doll, but I am selling as I am saving for a wedding and it would be great for her to go to a new home where she won't live in a box. The last photo shows the actual box, but please note this was taken when I first got the doll, so the box now has wear and the doll has a different face-up but I wanted to show what the front of the box looks like. Due to the value, height/weight and delicate nature of this figure, postage and packaging in the UK will be via Royal Mail's Special Delivery at a cost of £10.95. I am only selling this doll to UK buyers!
