Up for auction I have this beautiful Anglo Indian Vizagapatam Book Slide. Constructed of sandalwood, overlaid with natural material to the book ends. This in turn is decorated with beautifully worked fretwork, inked to perfection. T is some damage to the fretwork as can be seen on the pictures. The book slide measures 15 inch and expands to 18 inch, pulls out on one side only. A beautiful item for collectors of fine Vizagapatam items. c1880
