These are charming ceramic bead/hair ties made for Annette's dolls. I do not know what year they are from but probably late 90s or early 2000s. I have a photo of some of her dolls wearing them. These were a gift from Annette Himstedt. However, I no longer have any of her beautiful dolls. This set is 6 hair ties. Essentially enough for 3 dolls. One of the larger beads would also make a cute necklace pendant for your dolls. There are 2 large and 4 smaller beads all made by Annette and hand painted. They would be a lovely souvenir. I will also list 2 other sets in different colors.
