Created and Carved in Wood by Anri / Ferrandiz .... The Baby Jesus sleeps peacefully in his simple wooden cradle surrounded by the playful bunny, lamb and birdie. This figurine is more then 50 years old and has developed a lovely patina. Tremendous detail..from his sweet expression to the expressions of the animals as they gaze on him adoringly..they seem to know they are looking at greatness! Approx. 3 1/2" wide X 2 1/2" tall. Condition: Excellent considering he has been displayed and enjoyed during the Christmas season for the past 50 plus years. No repairs. Given the age of the product and the fact that it was not mass-produced you will see something that says: I have been cherished and used well for years. If you look at me with a magnifier you will see something that says I am not brand new. I will be selling an entire set of Anri Nativity Figurines which will include: The Wise Men (Kings), Mary, Joseph, Jesus, Several Animals.
