ANTIQUEANSONIAROYAL BONN LA MANCHE PORCELAIN IRISCLOCK Simply beautiful bold color Ansonia clock. The inside reads "Ansonia Clock Co. Patented June 14 81 USA". It stands approximately 13 1/2" tall and 14 1/2" at the widest point. The bottom has the numbers 323418. The 4 could possibly be a 9. As you can tell by the picture I did not attempt to clean the bottom in any way. I prefer to leave that to the experts. When photographing the bottom I did notice a chip on the back leg. Please refer to the photo. While checking the photos please see the one that shows a tiny chip or flake on the lower left front side. Both of the photos have an X marking the area. There is crazing on the back.There is also a small piece missing in the area of the IV on the face along with several fine cracks. You should be able to see it in the close up photo. I have the maximum 12 photos for ebay posted.Now that I have undoubtedly turned this bold iris into a shrinking violet let me say that it is in perfect working order. I had it professionally checked and cleaned before listing. It has a replacement key. The pendulum was replaced but I was told it was an Ansonia.As you can see from the photos it is a fabulous piece and deserves to be displayed and read more
