This boring machine is in fine condition (has seen very little use ).No damage rust or repairs.Most of the original finish remains.Most of the stenciling remains.It is made of cast iron.All parts work excellent.The wood looks like birch or maple.Some minor stains on the bench.It has a Russell Jennings 2 INCH Bit (very sharp ).All gears are sharp (no wear ) It is 28 1/2 inches long-25 inches high-The bench is 7 1/2 inches wide.This is an adjustable all angle machine.It is called a Portable Timber Mortiser in there catalog .Nice tool .It has a Swan cast on the front cast iron (last picture )
