Up for bid this week we have a very nice Antique spelter / white or pot metal statue of a pretty young Grecian or Roman maiden seated with her harp by her side.. This piece is very well detailed and is in excellent condition with a patinated bronze colored finish.. T are NO breaks or repairs to the statue.. This lovely old girl is 9 inches high by 8 1/2 inches wide.. She would make a very nice display piece in any home decor.. She is not a reproduction and is a TRUE ANTIQUE made in the late 1800's and early 1900's.. During the Victorian era this statue was one of the most popular pieces and was used by some of the early clock companies such as Ansonia, Seth Thomas and others as clock toppers.. She was also found in many homes as a mantel or shelf accent.. If you have any questions or need more photo's?? Please email me prior to bidding.. She will be VERY WELL BOXED to insure her safe arrival at her new home..
