We do Not change values on customs forms Pretty Antique Bisque Head Doll Roughly 18-19" tall. Needs only the lower leg put back on. I think the original owner had just glued it on, as the other looks like below the knee joint had been glued and repainted. Not a hard fix, I just do not do any repairs to my dolls. SHe is a pretty maybe dolly face girl. Blue sleep eyes, (the eyes when I look with magnification looks a bit crackley to me. Open and close fine, may have had the lids repainted? not sure. SHe has feather painted brows. upper and lower painted lash, Red dot accents in eye corners and nostrils. Open mouth with top teeth. Nice rosey cheeks. Inside her head looks clean, no cracks. arought the rim of the crown front two little mold hole pops in the making. Marked on the back of her head as shown, FY Nippon 403. she would circa around 1915. From Japan. Her top arms and legs, are wood painted. the one leg paint at the top is flaking and has two long lines like the paint bubbled? The lower arms and legs are composition. Straight wrist. No problems except the one leg needs reattatched at the knee area. the other looks like it was glued on and painted at the same spot. She is strung tight. Her wig is blond and fluffy pig tails, may be a replacement. She is wearing a darling cotton type dress, slip an undergarment. Sox and shoes. All is most likely replacement. Nice and clean. She displays beautifully. . I hope you can use her in your collection. Hope I didn't forget any important things you need to know.
