this is a rare antique Japanese handmade cloisonne and bronze tea kettle pot from 19th century.it has exquisite ornate handmade detailing, with an abundance of beautiful early colors.it has many different designs, patterns, butterflies, and great floral artwork.the bottom has a nice traditional red and black cloisonné trim .it has a beautiful spout and handle also covered with ornate cloisonne detailing.it is topped with an ornate flower shaped bronze finial with a great patina from age. the piece is lined with enamel as well.the piece measures 4 3/4 inches long by 3 1/4 inches tall.Thank you for visiting "Dusty Treasures " and please feel free to browse throughmy online ebay store where you can find several more wonderful items similar to this.Insurance will be put on all items that cost over $40 before shipping cost.
