This post card was part of an ancestor's estate, of southern Wisconsin and mostly from Platteville and Rewey, Wisconsin The postcard shows the women holding balls of wool/strips of wool. The lady on far left in black would be Nora Stout who was married to David Jones . I do not know who the other ladies and children are in the photo but the farm may be in Arthur, WI.
