A wonderful example of a classic Tulwar Sword from India. Not a modern cheap reproduction, but a weapon that has seen combat. A heavy and well made blade that is still extremely sharp! Moderate pitting and tarnish to the blade, but great for its age. Most certainly a mid 1800s construction and shows a few blade contact nicks down the length of the blade edge. Approximately 34" in total length. Not a fancy tourist piece... but a piece of history. A great example for a collector who appreciates good solid workmanship. Good luck with your bidding.
