The Salmon coral beads are some of the biggest beads i have ever seen measuring in a graduated size from the smallest being just under 1/4 of an inch to the biggest being in 2/5 of an inch. Big Beads for Salmon coral! The color of the necklace is more true to the first picture than the others, this is guaranteed as Salmon Coral, we have dealt with this very rare coral several times. Details of Style & or Stones(s): This necklace is OLD! A true Victorian Marvel up for sale today! This is one mother of an antique necklace! This beautiful necklace features the very rare form of Coral known as Salmon Coral. Salmon Coral is attributed it's name due to it's beautiful Salmon type of color. Salmon Coral was reserved for the richest of the rich during the Art Deco and Victorian Era's, it was very rarely harvested and even less of that has survived to here and now. This necklace is even more rare than others with the rather large size of Salmon Coral included in this necklace. Beautifully hand strung on dyed silk string. The necklace includes a 800 Coin Silver clasp which is European Coin Silver. The clasp is adorned with a beautiful piece of Angel Skin Coral! The Coral is in excellent shape for it's age, natural wear that occurred before the Coral was even cut into jewelry is the only thing. This is present in all Coral! Beautiful extra rare long necklace with beautiful and amazing almost RAW Salmon Coral, very rare to come across!
