Up for bid and starting at a dollar is an 1814 weighted 6.00 diameter bronze plaque featuring a 4.25 diameter high relief bronze medallion of Napoleon Bonaparte. This beautiful high relief bust of Napoleon shows the emperor in his military uniform. The medallion is inscribed "Napoleon Emp. ET ROI" and "Maire Fecit, 1814" which translates to (Done by Maire). The year 1814 is of course when Napoleon abdicated and was sent to the island of Elba. This stunning and beautiful antique is in excellent condition and is being offered without a reserve.Thanks!
