ANTIQUE 1846 BIBLE BY JESPER HARDING PHILADELPHIA PA Item Description Up for bid in this auction is a nice Antique 1846 Bible by Jesper Harding of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The bible measures approximately 9" x 11 1/2" x 2 1/2". The bible is covered with antique cut velvet fabric and is in usable condition. The paper is not brittle and can be easily handled. The second, third and fourth pages in the front have separated as a unit from the book. I found the bookmark (see photo), between two pages and t are quite a few four leaf clovers that were inserted between many pages. I left the book exactly as I found it. T are two large antique photographs,of a man and woman, that were inserted inside the velvet cover (see photo). This is a nice antique bible that would make a choice addition to your collection.
