This great cutter was used in the mid 1850's by a local teacher to get to school in the harsh winters of Upstate NY. It is sound structurally and all original. The body is 40" wide plus 16" w the hitch pole sticks out. It's 48" tall and 78" long while the hitch poles add another 90". The front end of one of the round side trim pcs needs to be reattached. The upholstery on each side of the seat area is torn. With a little TLC this great antique could be restored to museum quality. Local pick up in Camden NY only.
