Nice patina and condition on this 18th century French Prunung Clasp Knife. Iron frame and bolster are one piece construction. Ferrules are typical French ring type with horn handles. Shows much use but nice condition pistol grip handles. See "American Knives" by Peterson page 132. Open 7", closed 4". One side of the blade has a unreadable mark.
