Ad Text: At All Soda Fountains the most Popular Drink is Coca-Cola. � It has more to it than "wetness" or "sweetness." � All the time it is pleasing your palate it is putting "go" into tired brains. � Settles jarred nerves and drives away headache. Caption: Guaranteed under the Pure Food and Drugs Act, June 30, 1906, serial number 3324. Back Side: Ad for "Standard" Porcelan Enameled Ware, Standard Sanitary Mfg. Co., Dept. 22, Pittsburgh, Pa. Dimensions: 6 5/8" W x 9 1/4" H. Comment: Hard to find, ready for matting and framing, antique circa 1905-1906 ad for Coca-Cola. � A simple yet elegant ad showing a hand opening a soda fountain tap, flling a flared glass with Coca-Cola. � This ad was produced when cocaine was still an ingredient used in the Coca-Cola recipe. � No wonder it was advertised as "putting 'go' into tired brains." Condition: EXCELLENT! � The following is noted: � A small, very minor margin tear, (about 1/4" long), near the center of the right margin edge which has been repaired on the back side with with a small piece of archival quality "Filmoplast P" tape. � Some rounding of the upper left corner. � Some light soiling consistant with the ad's approximatly 105 years of age. � Other then the above noted defects ad is in really EXCELLENT condition with ample margins for matting. � See images above, , to evaluate overall condition.
