Antique 1920's Native American Sterling Silver Signed Bisbee Turquoise Bracelet! Bracelet Size: The bracelet gap measures just under 1 and 1/4 of an inch long. The bracelet circumference measures 5 and 1/2 inches not including the gap. Bracelet Style & Stone(s): The stone in this beautiful and unbelievably rare bracelet is called Bisbee Turquoise. Bisbee turquoise is probably the most sought after turquoise out there at the moment. It is famous for it's green to dark blue colors mixed with coppery brown matrix and sometimes quartz. The green Bisbee turquoise is by far the most rare of it's colors and most sought after. Fortunately this beautiful stone is just that, Beautiful Green color mixed with brown copper matrix and slight hints of quartz! The stone does have one slight flaw where it was polished down and left rough in a few spots, this led to a slight 2 cm crack towards the bezel. It isn't noticeable and has been stabilized, no risk of losing this stone! Beautiful hand hammered silver work. This bracelet was most likely made out of old U.S. silver coins back in the 20's as that was the easiest way to get the guaranteed metal purity that you needed to make sterling jewelry!
