This item up for bidding is an old 1920's oil heater made by perfection t trade mark is the silver triangle that is on the front of this heater this has on it no. 525 reg.u.s.pat off then under the triangle is a window to tell if it has lighted and around that is stamped perfection oil heater made in the u.s.a.Next it has a flip top to it and on the inside is a oil can fill with an old dial on the side say's 0 ,1/4,1/2,3/4,full next it has a fliptop fill hole then an on and off handle to remove the wick and replace it this wick is still in tact and when turned up you can see the wick,on the side of the oil tank it reads use only no. 500 perfection wick w you might get these i do not know but i'm sure t is a place other than that t are no holes dents or splits in the oil tank and t are no bent broken or missing pieces to the oil heater itself everything is in tact and is all in working order i myself have not used this but my grandfather and my father did years ago i'm told by my mom.The heater stands 24 1/2 inches high and 32 inches to the top of the handle, it is rusty from use not from weather this has always been kept away in my dads store away closet and wrapped in a plastic bag other than that all is metal and could use a good cleaning it again is in excellent shape for it's age and all does work any further questions please read more
