This is an Antique 1952 Skil Model 525 Heavy Duty Belt Sander which came out of a commercial estate and it is in good looking and in good working condition. It was made by Skilsaw, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois and at the woodmiser1 site on the web it is referred to as a ''...streamline locomotive screaming down the tracks...'' No manufacturer is building sanders as heavy as this one whether you use it for display and/or place it back in service. It measures 4''x7''x13'' and weighs 14 pounds.
