Old Henry Troemner for Arthur Thomas number 35 balance scale. Am not an expert but it looks to be complete with the exception of one of the knobs on the front just under the door. The instructions are in a plastic sleeve. See no reason why it won't work correctly although I noticed after the pictures were taken that I don't have the pans set up right. Glass all good, door raises up and stays up like it should. Chrome pans have some little oxidation bumps on them. Also I noticed a couple of holes in the bottom of the back which I assume are for the feet which I don't have. The unit sits fine with the one leg in the middle. About 16 3/4" X 9" X 15 1/2".
