1487 SMITHFIELD AVE LINCOLN, RI 02865 Antique 19thC Chinese Porcelain Bird Calligraphy Ink Water Dropper …… Hand constructed in the shape of a bird this Antique Chinese Water Dropper is at least 19 th Century. Made from hard ceramic porcelain, it measures 11.5 cm long by 3.5 cm wide by 6 cm tall at the head. I have posted several photographs so you can see all the details of this water dropper. In the close-up photos of the tail and of the beak you can see a line in the glaze. These are not damages or repairs, but folds caused from the firing. The beak & tail have never been seperated from the bird. There actually are no problems to this Antique Chinese Water Dropper and there have never been any repairs.
