We have to offer a spectacular antique white gold filigree blue gemstone and pearl necklace from the 1920s! This is the necklace that matches the ring I listed last night. this is just an exquisite piece! You see so many pieces for sale today on ebay that are called 'estate white gold filigree rings, ' etc., but for the most part, these are mass produced reproductions! This is the REAL thing! And it is in excellent condition for its age, with no chips, cracks or scratches on the sparkling swiss (?) blue gem! The stone is synthetic but the color! you don't see that hue i nature often if at all! It is almost a lavender blue, or violet cornflower, and when you hear about Elizabeth Taylor's violet eyes, this is the color I imagine them to be. The pendant measures about 3/4" long x 5/8" wide x 1/4" thick, as the stone rises up from its prong setting. The pendant is like a lavaliere, hanging down 5/8" from a pearl filigree chain. The chain is 10 K white gold and is a fine link, and measures 16" in length, not including the hangey down lavaliere part. The clasp is a filigreed old fashioned type which is so charming in itself! This is just a very classy necklace, and it weighs 4.1 grams.
