Up for auction is a fantastic original 6th plate tintype photo of an African American cowboy. It measures 2 3/8" by 3 3/8". It has small specks and scratches but the image is clear with nice contrast. The borders have some shadowing. Along with his wide brim hat he is wearing what looks to me a Native Ameircan necklace with tassels. He is also holding a cigar and the cartridges and gun belt are very clear in the photo. There is also some curious scaring between his upper lip and nose.Please view all of the photos carefully and ask questions before bidding.If you have any problems with this transaction please contact me first for resolution.I combine shipping.
