RARE Antique Advertising EDISWAN LIGHT BULBS (Edison) Glass Paperweight This auction is for a rare advertising paperweight for 'Ediswan Light bulbs' dating to the turn of the 20th Century. The name Ediswan came from a merger of the Company formed by Joseph Swan and Edison in 1883. The following link is a good source of information regarding the early history of these bulbs: /wiki/Joseph_Swan This paperweight measures a little over 3 inches (8cm) in diameter. It is in good all-round condition but does have some surface scratching. Please see my other vintage paperweights listed. We always pack with great care. We aim to make postage as economical as we can, combining multiple purchases in one parcel to reduce costs, wherever possible. (The upper weight limit for a single airmail package is however 2 kilos).
