Antique oak crank wall phone, missing the mouthpiece, has a small metal tag on the mouthpiece base that says Property of American Tel & Tel. Co. 337. The oak case is dovetailed with a hinged opening front. Case is in good condition showing minor wear - there is a scratch on the top of the case. I got this at auction, and the description says that "someone in the past had professionally rewired this phone to work with the modern phone landline system." It has a Western Electric 2 bar magneto and is UNTESTED, I have no way of testing it as I do not have a landline. It is a very cool looking decor piece if you're looking for that antique farmhouse look. Please view all the photos before bidding. The back of the case that attaches to the wall measures approximately 10-1/2" by 7-1/2". Item is very heavy and will be shipped with great care.
